LEADERSHIP
Gary founded Cornerstone Resort Solutions after more than a decade working inside the timeshare and vacation ownership industry, where he saw firsthand how mismanagement, outdated governance, and poor owner communication could erode the value of properties that had once been thriving destinations. He built Cornerstone around a straightforward belief: that HOA boards and owners deserve a management partner who is genuinely accountable to them. Gary oversees the company’s strategic direction and remains personally involved in every new client relationship, ensuring that the foundation each property is built on is one that will hold.
Bobby is a licensed attorney with extensive experience navigating the complex legal landscape unique to timeshare associations, vacation ownership, and resort HOA governance. His practice has taken him through deed and title disputes, fractional ownership restructuring, association bylaw challenges, owner delinquency proceedings, and regulatory compliance matters across multiple states. Bobby brings a transactional and litigation background that proves invaluable when properties face the kinds of entrenched legal issues that have historically stopped turnarounds in their tracks. His counsel gives Cornerstone clients the confidence that every decision made on their behalf has been vetted by someone who understands both the letter of the law and the realities of this industry.
Sarah oversees the internal systems, owner-facing processes, and administrative infrastructure that keep Cornerstone’s managed properties running with consistency and transparency. With a background spanning property operations, owner communications, and financial reporting, she ensures that billing is accurate, correspondence is timely, and that no owner concern falls through the cracks. Sarah is the organizational backbone of Cornerstone — the reason boards can trust that what gets promised at the management level actually gets delivered on the ground. Her attention to detail and commitment to clear communication have made her a trusted point of contact for owners and board members alike.
